Burger House in Munich

Good burgers and friendly staff, went very quickly!

Unfortunately the food was below expectations. We had two normal burgers + fries - classic. The food was unfortunately very greasy, too much majo, and also dominated by the taste of onions. Unfortunately, price / performance ratio doesn't match at all.

???? BurgerCHEN House would be a fitting term. What is that??? ??? The citizens are just a little bigger than a computer mouse!?! Awesome. Quality okay, but 10 euros for such a children's burger is a cheek. 2 people: 2 burgers + 2 fries = approx. 30 euros. For the??? You can also get something for adults for that.

Burger was ready quickly. Nice and friendly service. Unfortunately the meat a bit through. Since I had eaten in the car, I was missing a fork and napkins. Otherwise usual burger quality.

Now that a burger house has opened near me, I ordered for delivery for the first time via Lieferando today. Delivery was extremely fast (a good 20 minutes), food warm, french fries nice and crispy. Taste was typically very good for Burger House! Gladly again!

Burger House quality finally in Trudering. The food was prepared quickly, the fries were crispy, the drinks cool and the staff very nice - what more could you want?

We ordered in advance and picked up the food, was ready immediately and was delicious! I can only recommend the Chilli Burger!

The first order came with the wrong burgers and fries, but Sakir from the restaurant contacted us and sent us the entire order again for free, and we were allowed to keep the wrong one. Man of honor. Food was delicious

Burgers were actually ready to be picked up 15 minutes after ordering by phone. Tasted very good ?.

I ordered there for the 2nd time yesterday, the order was damn fast for both of them, but yesterday, that was outrageous. When I got home I noticed that the fries were burnt - black !!!! - That was the end of it with the side dish, the burger was by no means medium or not nearly as good as I know it from the BH branches. That was definitely the last time yesterday

I should pick up my order in 30 minutes ... After 45 minutes, asked how much longer it will take ... No apology received, only the instruction I should wait another 20 minutes. Was the last time I ordered here. Incidentally, the range of values ​​was of course overcrowded and spacing was not taken into account.

I ordered food with a group of friends 1.5 hours before the store closed. Without warning and without notice, our food was not delivered. That is not how it works! If you order too late, a message is not too much to ask and otherwise delivery should be made 90 minutes before the shop closes! I will not order anymore and I will not recommend it!

We order 50 minutes before the restaurant closes. Food is not delivered and no response from the restaurant. Complete cheek, I will never order there again.

A pity !! Ordered online for 5 people and waited over 90 min .... After that the restaurant was closed and we have not received any food or further information. Incredible for me ... how can you not even give the customer notice ???? Never again burger house

Unfortunately incredibly disappointing. The quality as well as the service were subterranean. Extremely unfriendly staff! Order was screwed up by the staff and then no insight was shown. Unfortunately, really very disappointing!

Amazing concept- you see the open kitchen where they make your fresh and juicy burgers and that’s exactly what they taste like. Amazing. Definitely best burger place in Munich. Can also recommend the truffle fries and the chocolate Lava cake which comes with eyes cream.

Has only recently opened, unfortunately no beer with the burger at the moment. Otherwise everything is fine, friendly chef, quick cuisine, hot fries and the famous Burger House Bruger. Of course, due to the current situation, you should reserve by phone, this also works well. We'll definitely stop by again.

Fresh, juicy and really tasty. In addition, calm and friendly staff. We are fans of good castles and will definitely come back.

Placed the order personally at the place. At payment I was told the EC-Card reader does not work, only cash is accepted! but there shall be an ATM in the vicinity. Walked there, payed 4,50 € fee for using a not-partner ATM to buy my burgers (2 x 7,50€). I find it rude not being told at the beginning, that payment with card is not possible currently. Then I coul have understanding and decide accordingly. I sound "to me", and I hope it is not, a trick to scape tax. Burger itself was not very spectacular! Seemingly small, burger was rather hardish. Bread was fluffy and OK. All in all, I will not want to eat burger from this house anymore.

Customer service is absolutely ridiculous! After placing an order through Lieferando where it said it would take 90 minutes, I've tried to call the restaurant to cancel my order over 20 times (!) and I'm simply unable to reach them. Unfortunately I can't give it 0 stars...

Burgers are delicious. Staff friendly. Unfortunately the room is a bit small, the seats on the windowsill are too high for the tables and you can't sit comfortably there. You can also take away burgers or have them delivered.

I'm a big fan of burger house. I've been going for years, since the first joint opened up. I'm happy they are now in Trudering. I was worried whether the delivery service would work...but I'm happy to say that our delivery was brilliant! Best delivery food I've had round here. Of course, the quality isn't quite the same as eating in the restaurant but it was a close as you can get. Can't wait to order again.

I visited on the second day after opening, nice to have a burger place in Trudering! Food tasted simply amazing. Very tasty veggie burger, with customisation options and fries were good too. The flavoury ketchup also requires a mention. Food deserves a 5/5 Stars Pricing I'd say is on the rather expensive side. Expected more quantity for the price. Drinks are fine but they didn't have Bier vom Fass. Service was slow but friendly, but they will improve I believe as this was only the second day after new opening. Ambience- music was all over the place but again I think it will get better with time. 3 stars because they didn't accept card payment and the food was quite pricey. Will I visit again? Yes I will. But not very often because it's expensive for the quantity. It does have the potential for 5 stars but not quite there yet

The usual burger house quality now also in Trudering! My favorite burger is now available a 2-minute walk from Truderinger Bahnhof. Ordered the take away burger and it was nice and juicy. Just a very well made burger. The best burger in Munich considering the other Burger House branches of course :) It should be noted that the products are no longer hot when they are delivered and taken away until they are consumed at home. I would therefore always advise, if it is possible to eat in a restaurant, in order to get the best possible taste result. It is priced from 7.49 € for burgers and plus from 2.99 € side dishes, it is priced in the slightly higher segment. However, you get a very good burger and quality has its price. You can tell when you bite into a medium fried burger patty;) Can definitely recommend it and would love to come back!
